I'm a product leader who bridges strategy and execution. At Perx Health, I lead product, design, and engineering to ship outcomes that matter — like doubling Day-1 retention through test-and-learn onboarding, and taking an AI product from concept to paying enterprise customer in 6 months.

My background in design gives me an unfair advantage: I can go from strategy session to Figma prototype in the same afternoon. I also write code when it unblocks the team. But my job is product leadership — aligning distributed teams across time zones to ship things customers pay for.

Before Perx, I built Australia's first digital driver's licence (3M+ downloads), helped position Sine for its ~$100M Honeywell acquisition, and led mobile product at HappyCo.
